I called on a Saturdsy and there was not an appointment until Tuesday. But Jose told me if I could bring it in that day, we would get me in the queue as soon as possible. He bent over backward because he knew I needed my truck to go on a road trip that Wednesday. He communicated status throughout the process and my car was done on Monday afternoon! Great service!

Like other GMC dealers in the area, "we can't replicate the issue," especially on new (warranty covered) vehciles, yet when I get in the vehicle, I can replicate the issue. Mason and his service team are mediocre. A squeaking seat, "can't replicate the issue." I brought it in a second time, and I had to replicate it in front of them. They then charged me for an alignment on a brand new vehicle and didn't tighten it all the way; my vehicle was out of alignment again within 24 hours. They refused to pay for Uber to get there. I spent a total of $60 for Ubers back and forth for their issues. I asked for a loaner vehicle both times, and they refused, saying I needed to book 5 days ahead of time. Yet, they were giving loaner vehicles to other customers who did NOT book 5 days in advance, which is wrong! I really wish the Allen family still owned this dealership, as we never had issues when they ran the place.

Dropped my truck on a Monday No communication until I reached out to Mason on Wednesday on status of my truck The truck sat 3 days prior to any mechanic worked on it until Thursday Plastic pieces were left on the floor which I didn’t notice until next day Came back on Monday to see what the plastic pieces were from to be told from the front bumper damage estimate I had the truck there 3 times for brake issues two times prior repaired under warranty Steven was service advisor the first two times and was great Can’t say that about Mason poor communication at the least

We also pre-advised that, due to our current workload, the vehicle would take a couple of days to be evaluated. Regarding the plastic pieces, your vehicle came in for a collision damage estimate, and the active air flap system was at risk of falling off. Our technician removed it proactively to prevent any further damage, which is why you saw the parts left on the floor temporarily. Working with Alan, and Don via email and text was a really efficient way to make the purchase easier. One small issue with the truck wiring under the dashboard where LoJack was installed, but Alan is working on getting that fixed for me.

I contacted service writer Jackson Smith about the a/c compressor in my 2023 Yukon not working. After the evaluation it was determined that the compressor had failed and needed to be replaced. Jackson searched all available GM inventories for the compressor but was told there were none available and the wait was approximately 2-4 weeks. Jackson took the problem to his Parts Manager and they were able to locate the part. Due to Jackson's perseverance he was able to get my vehicle back in service in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Jackson as your service writer and Cadillac of Laguna Niguel for your service needs.

First of all, customer service from Jackson Smith is always amazing and is a pleasure. We purchased our last two vehicles from Cadillac and GMC of Laguna Niguel California. We take are vehicles there for all of our service and repair needs. We are very loyal customers and have been for many years. The paint is pealing off the hood of my truck and has been for over a year. I have left several messages for the general Manager Jason Donnell and the assistant manager John Clune at the dealership. Neither of them have returned my calls. This makes me not want to be a loyal customer to this dealership anymore. I wasn't planning to ask for a freebie, but maybe fix the paint and charge me actual cost with no markup and profit. My wife made a very good point the other day. She said; we are still making payments on your truck and I cant believe the paint is pealing off. It sure would be nice if someone from the dealership or cooperate GMC would reach out to help me. When this dealership was Allen Cadillac everyone and everything was amazing. Since the dealership was sold it is not as good and customer service from the managers is terrible. The service was great and the truck wash after the oil change was really impressive. The dealership is charging a 3% Credit Card fee which is childish. Just charge everyone more instead of alienating most people who pay with credit cards. Silly business practice and a deterrent to me returning for next service. Will use Valvoline next time.

I needed to have the cruise control radar sensors recalibrated on my 2020 Yukon so I turned to my main service writer Jackson Smith to take care of it. While removing and installing emblems may appear to be a simple job, it must be performed extremely carefully to avoid damaging, chipping, or lifting the vehicle's paint. The process requires specialized techniques, attention to detail, and a significant amount of time to ensure a quality result. We also want to note that the estimate was prepared and approved before any work began and before you left the vehicle with us. We do this specifically so customers know exactly what to expect, avoid any surprises, and have the opportunity to seek alternative options if they feel the pricing isn't right for them. In this case, the work took several hours to complete properly, not just the installation itself but also the careful removal, surface preparation, alignment, and final inspection to ensure everything met our standards. We appreciate your business and your honest feedback, and we'll certainly take your comments into consideration as we continue evaluating our pricing and services.
